近日，贺利氏信越石英半导体生产基地项目在沈阳经济技术开发区开工。

Recently, the construction ofHeraeus Shinetsu Quartz Semiconductor Production Base Projectwas started in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

该项目总投资5亿元，主要生产高精密度半导体石英系列产品，包括硅片承载器、石英管、石英舟等半导体器件、集成电路产业装备配件等。

The total investment of the project is CNY 500 million.
The projectmainly produces high-precision semiconductor quartz series products, covering silicon chip carriers, quartz tubes, quartz boats and other semiconductor devices, and integrated circuit industry equipment accessories.

项目由中建安装东北公司承建，计划于2024年6月投产运行，全部达产后预计可实现年产值5.6亿元，年纳税4500万元，新增就业人数200余人。

The project is undertaken by Northeast Company of China State Construction Engineering Corporation.
It is planned to be put into operation in June 2024.
When reaching full capacity, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of CNY 560 million and an annual tax payment of CNY 45 million and offer over 200 new jobs.

项目以建设半导体器件、集成电路产业化的国际标杆科技园区为主要目标，带动包括半导体开发、产业化，以及配套的原辅材料、耗材、工艺装备在内的全生态半导体产业园区发展。同时，致力于激励全球半导体行业的创新技术在铁西落户，为形成完整的半导体行业产业链提供有力支撑。

The project aims to build an international benchmark science and technology park for the industrialization of semiconductor devices and integrated circuitsto drive the development of the whole ecological semiconductor industry park including semiconductor development & industrialization and supporting raw & auxiliary materials, consumables and process equipment.
At the same time, it is committed to encouraging innovative technologies of the global semiconductor industry to settle in Tiexi District, providing strong support for the formation of a complete semiconductor industry chain.
