2013年11月，仁川市医疗观光代表团来沈开展医疗卫生领域交流。
In November 2013,a medical tourism delegation from IncheonCity came to Shenyang to conduct exchanges in the medical and health field.
2014年7月，仁川市代表团参加沈阳市“韩国周”活动。
In July 2014,the Incheon City delegation participated in the "Korea Week" event in Shenyang.
2016年4月，沈阳市代表团赴仁川市，洽谈推进在智慧城市建设领域的务实交流合作。

2018年9月，仁川市代表团参加沈阳市举办的“第十八届世界冬季城市市长会议”。

2018年10月，双方签署《互派公务员交流协议细则》。
In October 2018,the two sides signed the "Detailed Rules of the Agreement on the Exchange of Civil Servant".
2019年2月，仁川市派遣公务员来沈阳市进行工作交流。
In February 2019,Incheon City sent civil servants to Shenyang City for work exchanges.

2019年9月，双方签署《中国（辽宁）自由贸易试验区沈阳片区管委会与韩国仁川经济自由区域厅友好合作备忘录》。
In September 2019, the two sides signed the "Memorandum of Friendship and Cooperation between the Management Committee of the Shenyang Area of the China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Incheon Free Economic Zone in South Korea".
2020年2月25日，仁川市向沈阳市捐赠的口罩运抵沈阳。
On February 25, 2020,the masks donated by Incheon City to Shenyang City arrived in Shenyang.
2020年3月18日，沈阳市防疫物资运抵仁川市。
On March 18, 2020,epidemic prevention materials from Shenyang City arrived in Incheon.
2021年4月，沈阳市人民政府外事办公室与仁川市启动“光影传谊·五洲连心”国际友城图片互展、宣传片互播活动。
In April 2021,the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shenyang Municipality and Incheon City launched the "Light and Shadow Pass Friendship • Five Continents Stay Connected" international sister cities mutual photo exhibition and promotional video broadcasting activity.
Next year will be the 30th anniversary
of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between China and South Korea.
